This is the second concept of this character. He is supposed to be one of the main antagonists but he makes his appearance much later into the story. He is supposed to be strongest of the four that belong to this group. This will all be explained further later once I finish writing the story line and character background information.
This is not the final concept and I feel there is much room for improvement, however, the overall feel to this character is about right. I would definitely change the weapon he is holding, to me it looks way too plain. The armor needs a bit more reworking, I feel it could use some more detail. Also, this character is particularly hard to draw in a side view. So look forward to a side view of this character as I really need to practice the angles.
